Bow Arts is a small arts education charity based in Bow, East London. It has a small core staff and a board of trustees Over 200 artists are affiliated with Bow Arts through their studios and LiveWork scheme.

Studios and Live Work


Tilly (along with Marcus) deals with all aspects of the day to day running of all Bow Arts studios at Bow Road, P1 Studio and SE1 Studios sites. and Live Work flats.
Education
Becky is the first point of contact in the Education team and is always on hand to answer any queries. Becky supports all of our education projects from contract to evaluation and oversees our artist registration process

Fran works with schools and artists across London to devise and manage top notch creative projects for both staff and students. Her excellent knowledge of contemporary art coupled with her experience in project management always keeps projects on track.

Lydia manages a portfolio of education and learning projects with schools across London. She has particular responsibility for developing our Education Packages for schools: ready-made arts education projects that are tried and tested and proven to deliver on key school improvement priorities.
Core Services

Aline administrates all financial activity for Bow Arts, from invoices to payment, in every department. She also supports other areas of core administration, and is first point of contact for all queries at our Gillender Street office.

Dawn works across Bow Arts to ensure we are communicating our messages effectively. She oversees our marketing interns and their work, and assists departments on marketing projects. Dawn also supports our quality assurance work.
Senior Staff

Marcel founded Bow Arts in 1995, creating what has been widely recognised as a unique and sustainable model for support for artists and arts education.He is a Trustee and founder member of NFASP

Michael has strategic responsibility for Bow Arts property portfolio, providing affordable studio provision for artists and inward investment into arts education and communities.

Catherine works on the ongoing strategic development of the organization, and manages Bow Arts finance and administration functions. She also oversees all HR and communications.
Rob leads the Education and Learning team, building links with schools and education partners across London and making sure that Bow Arts leads the way with arts and creative learning for young people

Rosamond has responsibility for the programing of the Nunnery Gallery space and Bow Arts art events, incluidng our Open Studios. Rosamond brings a wealth of experience for managing successful, innovative arts projects, developing strong partnerships and engaging people in her work.
