Our flats are situated in a variety of ex local authority buildings, now managed by Poplar HARCA. The sites range from iconic brutalist tower blocks to smaller low rise buildings with gardens.

Warren House: A 10 storey tower block on Bromley High St, near Bow Church Station, minutes walk from our Bow Rd studio site. Housing a large and growing number of artists.
Fairlie Court: A smaller site currently housing 1 artist.
Birchdown House: A five storey block near Devons Rd / Bromley By Bow Stations. Housing 1 artist.
Ackroyd Drive, Shelmerdine Close: Low rise blocks near Mile End station. Housing a large number of artists. ( 2008 - 2013. handed back to Poplar HARCA by January 2013)
Balfron Tower: Iconic Grade II listed examples of Brutalist architecture by the Erno Goldfinger. Housing a large number of artists.
Jones House: A smaller block currently housing 1 artist
Fitzgerald House: A tower block near Chrisp St Market / All Saints station, currently housing 2 artists.
